Brennan Sloan is a successful boutique Accounting and Financial Planning firm assisting Small and Medium Enterprises. We specialise in wealth creation, superannuation, SMSFs and risk management. Our mission is to provide clients with the right advice and support, backed by the highest ethical and service standards.

The Role

Reporting to the Directors, the Administration Manager is responsible for the operation of all business administration.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Administration Manager’s duties and responsibilities include:

  • Manage all areas of client service and administration
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Supervise and train administration staff
  • Prepare and maintain payroll obligations
  • Assist with BAS preparation
  • Office administration duties
  • Provide support to the Directors and Professional Staff

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of MYOB  
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the industry
  • Previous experience in a management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
