About the Role:

AGC is currently undertaking upgrade work on a major LNG project on Barrow Island. We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join the team.

 

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Be a self-starter and able to hit the ground running
  • Previous experience working on a LNG construction project is highly regarded
  • High level of attention to detail and professional communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Kronos experience is highly desirable, but not essentia
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail

To be successful in this role you will have experience with

  • Travel and accommodation coordination and bookings
  • Payroll and data entry of timesheets
  • Inductions and Training bookings
  • Update and reviewing daily personnel rosters
  • Recruitment and mobilisation reporting
  • Maintaining our Safety management systems registers
  • Dealing with general enquiries/provide assistance to crew and staff
