Trainee in Warehousing

Our Host Employer are specialists in interior fit out, design & construction. Together, with GTES, are currently seeking a Warehousing Trainee. For more than 25 years through the delivery of our construction projects, our client has a wealth of experience in commercial construction, renovation and extensions to all kinds of commercial buildings.

As a warehousing trainee with our client you will assist with the dispatch of which will require you to perform duties such as loading and unloading of trucks, completion of receival and dispatch documentation and operation of a forklift. You will also complete a Certificate III in Transport & Logistics (Warehousing and Storage) as part of this two-year traineeship.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, have the ability to work well in a team environment and possess a current driver’s licence. A forklift licence would be an advantage in this position.

Your New Opportunity

To be a successful Warehousing Trainee you will ideally have/be;

  • Current Drivers Licence  
  • Comfortable with using computer systems
  • Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential
  • White Card

  •  Ability to work under pressure
