About the Role:
Due to growth within the company our client is a seeking a General Manager (Sales and Club Managers) to join the team and take charge of the growth of the sites. As the General Manager you primary focus is leading and motivating your high performing team consisting of all Club Managers and Sales staff. Your previous experience managing KPI’s and budgets will set you apart from the rest. This will be complimented with your previous experience in managing fitness clubs – Multisite experience is advantageous.

Duties:
  • Club performance management
  • Managing the P&L, Budgets and KPI’s of each site
  • Hiring, mentoring and performance management of Club Managers and Sales staff
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams
  • Experience working with P&L, Budgets and KPI’s
  • Adaptable and flexible to current and future environments
  • Hungry to perform and achieve targets
