Behaviour Therapist

Why the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to support children with autism aged 2-6 years, in developing specific needs and strengths, including barriers to learning and creating strategies to assists each child to maximise their cognitive and social capabilities.

You will join a transdisciplinary team of peers in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Early Education. This is a special role to work with our wonderful children and develop your skills in the field of autism-specific early intervention. Utilising your skills as a Behaviour Therapist with the principles of Behaviour Analysis, you will develop and implement intervention programs that assist our children to enhance their independence and quality of life.

You are a passionate Behaviour Therapist seeking a purposeful and meaningful vocation and to make a significant difference in the lives of children with autism.

You are equipped with a Bachelor in Psychology, Special Education or a related discipline, and are eligible for a Working with Children check.
