Team Leader

About the Role:

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the leadership and development of Industry Field Consultants and Field Officers in line with the national strategy.

Reporting to the RMS National Field Operations Manager, the core function of the Team Leader is to improve the performance quality and results of their team through a focus on leadership, development and training.  

The key foci in this role are to: improve performance in relation to the safety of all apprentices, trainees and employers from induction to completion; advocate operational and behavioural change; and effectively use technology to drive performance.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • demonstrated experience in leading team members to achieve the desired outcomes
  • ability to effectively develop and train staff to improve performance quality and results
  • demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the Group Training model
  • relevant safety qualifications and experience
  • demonstrated understanding of the TAFE & RTO system.

Current driver licence is required.

A base salary of $80,000 plus a fully maintained vehicle, 9.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading which equates to a total package value of $105,529 will be on offer to the successful candidate
