We have an exciting opportunity with an International bank for an experienced relationship manager with experience in Syndicated and Bilateral loans.
Primary responsibility for the implementation of all Corporate Banking policies and programmers. Support the strategic direction of CBD based on the Bank's overall business strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Experience Required
* 3+ years experience in Corporate/Institutional Banking or similar
* Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or in a relevant discipline
*Sound knowledge in syndication/corporate lending
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong analytical & numerical skills
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
*Good current knowledge of market information and related regulatory requirements

- Identify and develop new business opportunities, providing comprehensive and quality bank services and products to corporate customers;
- Manage and grow the portfolio of existing corporate customers;
- Assess customers’ credit profile and prepare credit proposal (new application/annual review etc.)
- Implement post-lending management: timely report customers’ credit profile change and adjust lending strategies accordingly;
- Liaise with internal departments and H.O. to ensure the Bank’s services are provided and delivered;
- Provide advice and suggestions that may improve business performance.
- Proactively approach target customers, provide quality bank services and cross sell bank products including corporate lending, deposit, treasury products, trade finance products etc.
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with corporate customers, provide swift and professional responses to customers’ enquires and requests
- Support Senior Relationship Manager to negotiate lending terms with customers
- Assess customer’s credit profile and prepare credit proposal (new application/annual review)
- Implement prudent post-lending management according to Bank’s policies
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (departments/H.O. etc) to ensure a smooth process to deliver bank services
