An exciting opportunity has come up for a Personal Assistant for a Property Developer. Our client is offering great career progression and flexibility.

Client Details

Our client are within the Property industry specialising in projects both within NSW and interstate. They are looking for a Junior Personal Assistant/Administrator to join their team in their Parramatta office.

Description

Your responsibilities will include:

      • Filing / paper management

      • Answering telephone enquiries

      • Proficient User of Word and Excel

      • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

      • Writing business proposals

      • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

      • Researching business opportunities

      • Writing reports

Profile

To be considered for this position, applicants should have the following experience:

  • Must have previous experience working in Property
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and engage in new activities
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills
  • Takes initiative to complete tasks
  • Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suites such as Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel
