Buyers Administration Assistant

Lovisa was born out of a desire to take the fashion
accessory market in to a new realm, ultimately inspired by global fashion trends and design. Statement style, intrinsic luxury and refined quality, Lovisa has become one of the leading fashion accessory brands.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a trend focused Buyers Administration Assistant ready to kick-start their buying career.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to -

  • Preparing for Best Sellers meeting (includes presenting QC update, and range schedule for the week in meeting)
  • Weekly meeting with Buyer to discuss late deliveries, PI’s and tracking
  • Creating new orders
  • Assisting in managing the OTB
  • Managing orders to be sent at the end of the day
  • Approving new samples
  • Upkeep of new range boards
  • Checking deliveries, updating QC sheet and liaising with Warehouse
  • Shipment tracking
  • Approval tracking
  • Watching the market, reading trends and knowing about competitors
  • Being aware of music, movies, magazines and all fashion/media items
  • Managing relationships and building trust with supplier

  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Openness/willingness to change
  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately whilst meeting deadlines
