About the role:
AusGroup are currently seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our corporate team located in West Perth. Reporting to our Systems Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing and troubleshooting high performance web and desktop using .NET, ASP.NET Ajax, C#, XHTML/CSS, JavaScript and jQuery technologies to meet the company’s strategic objectives.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or assistance to complete tasks.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Possesses Enterprise development experience.
- Experience with OO design patterns
- Design Patterns and DDD is a strong plus.
- Demonstrates knowledge of C# and the .NET platform including NuGet
- Demonstrates Minimum of 2 years knowledge of ASP.Net MVC, WebAPI, EF.
- Demonstrates knowledge of JavaScript and/or jQuery.
- Demonstrates knowledge of HTML5/CSS/Ajax
- Demonstrates knowledge of WinForms/WPF
- Demonstrate working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks & tooling such as Angular, Knockout, MVC and Html5.
- Demonstrates good working knowledge of SOA Web services and WCF technologies
- Demonstrates knowledge of ADO.NET, TSQL and stored procedure development
- Knowledge of CAD or VR related development technologies a bonus.
- Experience with Power BI and Power Apps is desirable
- Requirements analysis
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Software testing (Unit, System, Integration, Functional, Performance).
- Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas within and across teams.
- Ability to work well with other developers and management.
- Ability to juggle priorities
- Awareness of emerging technologies.
- Experience with Supply Chain & Logistics
- Preferably Bachelor's degree + 7 years of experience
