Car Park Attendant (Multiple Roles and Locations)

Point Parking is the newest and fastest growing parking management company in Australia. We specialise in retail, Hospitals and high volume car park management. With strong experience and knowledge in shopping centre, Hospitals retail and high volume car park management we focus on driving a high quality customer experience.

We are a values based business that is focused on the ongoing development of every member of our team and we are committed to delivering the very best customer service and ensuring that our car parks provide the best first and last experience for its visitors.

We currently have several Car Park Attendant positions available to join our Car Park Operations Team based at multiple Locations: 

  •  The Fankston area in Victoria
  • Eastland Shopping Centre in Ringwood Victoria
  • Werribee Shopping Centre in Hoppers Crossing in Victoria

The role requires an exceptional focus on providing a superior customer service experience for our customers and relationship management.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional service to all customers and retailers;
  • Maintaining and building working relationships with all areas of services and management on site;
  • Taking pride and ownership of all tasks being attended to;
  • Ensuring the car park is clean, safe and operates efficiently at all times;
  • Monitoring traffic management within the car park;
  • Reporting incidents and events accurately;
  • Ensuring that car park's standard operating procedures and processes are followed at all times and that the company values are always upheld.

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Have demonstrated experience in a customer service position;
  • Be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service;
  • Have immaculate personal presentation;
  • Be able to communicate clearly and fluently in English;
  • Able to learn new systems and procedures quickly;
  • Be reliable, enthusiastic and have strong communications skills;
  • Have a drivers licence; and
  • Have availability to work both weekdays & weekends

The successful candidate will be subject to the completion of satisfactory police check.
