Our Client in the Northern Suburbs has empowered us to find a superstar Customer Service candidate to join the growing team.

If successful, you will be responsible for all inward and dispatch activities, entering of goods into system, QA of incoming steel products, assisting with loading and unloading of customers and be right on top of customer service enquires.

This can be a challenging role not for the faint hearted SO if you eat stress for breakfast within the fast paced environment then this is the role for you!!

As the ideal candidate will need to be highly organised, results focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail.

About the Role:

  • Booking all jobs in and out;
  • Ensuring all jobs are weighed and recorded against correct job card;
  • Ensuring jobs are correctly dispatched to all customers;
  • Assisting with customer service enquires;
  • Ensuring jobs are complete prior to dispatching;
  • Preparation of dispatch advices and consignment notes;
  • Ensure completed work is labelled or marked for identification;
  • Maintain and assist with the ongoing improvement with the Occupation, Safety and Health.

What you MUST have to be considered for this role:

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft / Oracle based systems so you are able to hit the ground running;
  • Australian resident with Australian recognised qualifications;
  • Current driver’s licence;
  • Current forklift ticket, not essential but looked at favourably;
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening;
  • A positive OHS awareness;
  • A good work ethic and time keeping skills;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines, plan and prioritise tasks;
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
