VIP Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Canberra

We are looking to grow our team with committed people to provide Fujitsu customers across the region with user centric onsite support to their End User devices.

Aligned to our customer's business requirements, the VIP End User support team are dedicated to resolving VIP End User issues in both their base-location (and when requested - Nationally) to meet the VIP End User requirements, including Senior Leadership group days and Other VIP End User events. 

We are looking for an VIP Desktop Support Analyst who has a keen interest of End User Systems such as MS Windows, Apple, and Mobile device OS, along with exceptional customer service skills. 

Core Skills
  • Proven experience in IT and IT Support, gained from either:
    • Education, a Cert IV Information Technology or higher;
    • Experience in direct level 1 and 2 end user IT Support;
    • Experience in onsite end user support;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Ability to work well within a team while fostering relationships and partnerships;
  • Excellent presentation and customer facing skills;
We have a culture of respect for professional and private commitments although some roles may demand some travel and flexibility to meet clients and to drive performance. For this role, a driver's license is preferred.
