We have a rare part time opportunity for passionate Outbound Sales & Service Consultant. We are looking for someone who takes pride in listening to their customers and providing them with the right outcome. You will provide our clients a proactive outbound calling service to engage, retain, and provide solutions to our new and existing members.  

About the Role

An Outbound Sales & Service Consultant is responsible for the proactive outbound contact of members to welcome, understand and provide product based solutions for their Super Fund. You will enjoy working with members to get the most out of their funds, whether it be by referring them for financial advice and/or to facilitate roll-ins and additional contributions.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Proactively engage customers to understands and identify their needs, while providing appropriate solutions
  • Generating Financial Advice appointments
  • Promoting Super Fund Pension products
  • Promoting the benefits of Super consolidation and additional contributions
  • Promoting Super fund default status
  • Providing superior professional support for all queries and assist members to take action

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to be an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player, and able to provide exceptional outcomes for our members.  You will love working with your customers to find the best solution. You will also have

  • Minimum 2+ years in the Superannuation Industry
  • RG146 qualification in Superannuation is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to display understanding and empathy to members
  • Eager team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Capability to show initiative and an aptitude for resolving problems
