The Role

Reporting to the Finance Controller, as an experienced Accounts Officer you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Weekly payment runs and processing payroll
  • Processing invoices and POs
  • Accounts receivable duties
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining financial records
  • Administrative duties

The Candidate

As an experienced Accounts Officer, you will have:

  • Previous experience as an Accounts Officer/Clerk
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and great interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (PIVOT tables, formulas etc.)
  • CHEOPS software is essential
  • XERO system is desirable
  • Motivated and proactive attitude
