Junior Project Manager required to shadow the Project Manager who was responsible for the tender and winning of this $53million subdivision in Sydney’s most expansive growth centre. He wrote documents, compiled engineering plan and drawings and suggested extensive changes to the proposed works so it will be a delight shadowing him and gaining valuable insight into the scope and delivery model.
 
 
The project itself encompasses bulk earthworks, roads, services, stormwater drainage, retaining walls and landscaping and will run until 2021. Using all their own kit and labour this contractor runs such projects from cradle to grave meaning you will get exposure to all aspects of delivery and handover so the coverage will benefit your CV and step into full-time Project Management.
 
 
Your salary will be a base of $150k plus super and fully maintained sire compliant Ute or SUV (under 6 months old).
