The Opportunity

The PGH Bricks business unit is looking for a tenacious and savvy digital marketer to join our marketing team of 6 in a new role as the Digital Marketing Specialist.  Based at North Ryde you will be responsible for the day to day activities on our digital channels, as well as assist in the execution and management of digital marketing projects across owned, earned and paid channels.

Key duties will include management of social media strategy implementation and day to day activities, website content, SEO and UX recommendations based on best practice, rolling out integrated campaigns as well as assisting with digital innovation projects and paid media where applicable. The role also involves performance measurement of the PGH website inclusive of development of landing pages, maintaining the online product catalogue and assistance in testing, tracking and analytics for continuous optimization as well as social listening and reporting. In conjunction with this the position will liase with partner agencies to execute required duties and identify areas for optimization.

To be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business;
  • 3 - 4 years marketing experience in a digital ecosystem, ideally from a related industry in B2B2C;
  • Experience with content management systems, Google Analytics, Social Media management, Email Marketing platforms and CRM preferred
  • Agency Management experience
  • A Social media maestro with experience in day to day management and content planning.
  • A strong understanding of key digital success metrics;
  • High attention to detail and an analytical mind combined with the ability to easily build rapport and engage stakeholders across all levels
