To ensure our clients experience the best customer service experience possible we need to make sure our customer success team grows inline with our customer base. 

The day to day role

  • New client training calls
  • Reviewing clients new websites
  • Helping clients put together their own digital marketing strategy
  • Booking appointments with existing customers
  • Answering inbound customer service calls 
  • Monitoring customer success email inquiries 
  • Providing ongoing feedback to clients about their account and provide training sessions for the business owners and staff.
  • Basic administration tasks

Who we are looking for

  • 3+ years of customer service experience 
  • Highly Proficient across Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with a CRM 
  • Experience in the digital or telco sector 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Positive can-do attitude
