As a critical member of the organisation you will support multiple stakeholders across the business to provide valuable insights to drive change, efficiency and profitability of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Build strategic plans and financial plans
  • P&L control, analysis and insight
  • Ad hoc analysis to support decision making and business improvement
  • Work on continuous improvement projects
  • Analyse business performance, ensuring risks identified and mitigated
  • Build business cases for new business opportunities
  • Competitor analysis
  • Identify and implement processes to improve efficiencies
  • Mentor and manage Management Accounting team

Skills and Experience

  • Aged Care Industry experience
  • Experience working in a similar or commercially focused role
  • Hands on experience driving change
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Commercially driven
