The Role

The Retail Services group is the major customer-facing part of YVW. We are looking for a Team Leader to join the group and provide leadership that inspires staff to deliver exemplary customer service.

As a Team Leader in the Customer Care Division, you will use your highly-developed people management experience to lead a team through a period of change, while creating a culture of strong performance. Our customers are at the centre of everything we do, so you will have a customer centric approach and an in-depth understanding of the customer journey.

Skills and Experience
Water industry experience isn’t necessary. We are looking for an engaging Team Leader who;

  • Is an exceptional people leader
  • Has extensive experience in coaching that delivers high performance
  • Has a heart to serve and a customer-centric approach
  • Embraces and leads change
  • Is a strategic thinker who can work at both operational and strategic levels
  • Is warm, genuine and easy to get along with
