Client Support Representative

AirRoad is a leading national road freight, distribution and logistics company. As an independently owned and Australian managed company, AirRoad offers high quality services to our clients, with goods being delivered in full and on time with no damages.

Position

We are actively looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our busy admin team located in Pemulwuy. The core responsibilities will include:

  • Raising outbound consignments for dispatch in a timely manner
  • Follow up on orders and update the system accordingly
  • Generating internal reports as and when requested by clients
  • Maintaining ownership of escalated enquiries and ensuring a timely response is provided
  • Preparing carrier manifests and ensure freight travels once manifested
  • General administration duties

Criteria

To be successful in this position, it is essential you have:

  • Experience working in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work within a team
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Advanced problem solving skills
