About the Role

We are looking for a ICT Business Solutions Administration superstar to support the business and be the key conduit between our end users, our CMS, and other ICT systems. This role reports directly to our ICT Business Systems Manager and is based from our Head Office located at Darra. Note, this is not a Helpdesk Support role.

This role will provide exposure to all parts of Montrose and enables you to directly shape the full life cycle of our ICT system enhancements. You will be playing an active role in future shaping our ICT systems, processes and procedures whilst ensuring our end users are able to fully maximise and grow their everyday working knowledge of our systems.

To fulfil this role you will be:

  • A service focussed individual, with a view to helping to improve our end user processes and system knowledge.
  • Future focused analytical thinker able to lead change.
  • A data loving individual, able to interpret and advise on data to enable sound business decisions.
  • Passionate about supporting end users improve their CMS knowledge through providing effective training and facilitation.
  • Able to develop robust UAT testing methodologies and report on outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Experienced in requirements gathering, process improvement, writing and facilitating training modules, with exposure to technical & procedure writing.
  • Experienced with Salesforce as an end user, with willingness to grow your Salesforce knowledge.
  • Able to grow and maintain our L&D training library.
  • A business administrator/junior business analyst looking for a challenge or a salesforce end user ready to step up.

What we’re also looking for:

  • High attention to detail, with logical and analytical thought processes
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable and confident interacting with a wide stakeholder group, able to adapt communication style according to audience
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • Confident in helping others to maximise their user experience of our ICT systems
  • Comfortable within an Agile environment, with evolving requirements
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Sharepoint, Skedulo and NetSuite will be an advantage.

To be considered for this role, you must also have:

  • Current Australian driver’s licence.
  • Current or be eligible to apply for a Working with Children Check (blue card) & Disability Services positive notice card (yellow card).
  • A certificate of completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
