Description

This Finance Manager role will be responsible for:

• Production of the reporting pack inclusive of financials and commentary
• Annual budgeting and forecasting
• Review and approval of balance sheet reconciliations
• Deep dive analysis of revenue and expenditure trends and business case proposals for future revenue streams
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of half year and year end statements
• Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of all financial reports including board reports, sales, performance etc.
• Manage external relationships
• Staff management and mentoring

Profile

To be successful in this role you will ideally match the below criteria:

• CA/CPA qualified
• Post qualification experience in a fast paced environment, ideally FMCG or Retail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven experience in liaising with non-finance stakeholders
• Strong technical accounting skills
• A natural problem-solver and proven experience in process improvements
• An energetic approach to work with a strong eye for detail
• Be comfortable with a long term contract opportunity
