WA Building Company is the newest division of one of Perth's largest home building groups, servicing the first home buyer market based in Wangara. Due to growth and exciting new ventures we are currently seeking a full-time client liaison / prestart consultant.

Your role will consist of prestart and client liaison duties mainly with some support to the Administration Manager.

As a client liaison your focus will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients from the purchase through to the construction of their home. You will conduct prestart meetings assisting the client with selections and upgrades to their home as well as contract signings.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
• Previous experience in construction preferred 
• Team player with a positive attitude

Key Requirements:

• Customer service experience is essential
• High level of organisation and time management skills
• Previous construction experience preferred
• Team player with a positive attitude
