Loans Processor/Personal Assistant

  • Award Winning Mortgage Broking Team
  • 10 month contract position to cover maternity leave – with possibility of extension, commencing January
  • Part-time position - 3 days/week – Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 9 to 5pm
  • ESSENTIAL 2+ years' experience, in mortgage loan processing in Australia
  • Podium software experience is favoured

The Position

Our West Perth office is seeking another Loans Processor/Personal Assistant to support our multiple award winning team of Brokers.  Two of the existing support staff have been with the company for 9 & 11 years, which clearly demonstrates the great culture of this office and team.

We pride ourselves on the fact that our support team are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, they have an incredible attention to detail, and they calmly and consistently juggle demands and competing priorities.

The successful candidate will have scope within the business to progress their career if desired.

Responsibilities include :

  • Lodgement of loan applications via Podium software provided
  • Application management and follow up with banks, settlement agents and real estate offices
  • Maintenance of customer files and client relationship management
  • General administration and office duties

To apply for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • ESSENTIAL 2+ years in the mortgage broking industry in Australia as Loans Processor, preferably with Podium software experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong team player
  • A positive attitude, and a passion for customer service
  • Strong time management skills
  • Be confident, articulate, and have good communication skills , both written and verbal
  • Be proficient in Microsoft – Word and Excel
  • Be flexible and be capable of working independently in a high pressure environment
