About the Role:
Due to continued expansion and growth, MAS are currently seeking an Area Manager to join the team based in their Bayswater office.
This role is responsible for managing, coordinating, monitoring and controlling all contracts for our various clients.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate, implement and ensure compliance with the Construction Execution Plan
- Forecast staffing requirements
- Manage contractor/subcontractor interface
- Ensure construction schedule is maintained and data is completed and distributed accurately and on time
- Manage site costs associated with construction activities in line with agreed budgets
- Provide instruction, feedback, development and guidance to help others excel in their current job accountabilities
- Record keeping, justification and traceability of decision making that commercially impacts the organization
- Tracking of variations and Client work orders
About You:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management
- Formal qualification in Engineering or related
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Construction White Card
