Your new company

Our client is a construction services provider specialising in landscaping, property maintenance, event hire as well as pest control. They have been around for over 30 years providing a high level of service to a unique and varied client base.

Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for the entire accounts function for this organisation, your duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Accounts payable - matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices
  • Accounts Receivable - collection calls, allocation of payments and reconciliations 
  • Payroll - processing fortnightly payroll 

What do you need to be successful

You will come from an accounts background, have experience in Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll. Have a good understanding of how to operate within a small business, where everyone helps out when it is required. Whilst the skill set is important this company is also really looking for a person with the right attitude.
