ICT Service Desk Analyst

Talent International is working in partnership with a major government organisation to assist in sourcing a Service Desk Analyst on contract based in Sydney CBD.

As a member of the ICT Operations Section you will be responsible for managing the day to day first and second level handling of requests for service support enquiries.

Main duties of the role include:
  • Respond to emails and phone calls from internal users within a timely manner
  • Follow standard procedures and processes for incident management and service requests through to resolution
  • Contribute to the development and update of standard procedures and processes to support business, as directed
  • Provide effective communication with users and peers as to the status of incidents and service requests.
  • Perform other duties as required to support and enhance the capabilities of the Corporate Service Desk.

In order to be considered we are seeking applications from experienced Service Desk and Support Analysts with 3 years ICT experience working within a user support focused area working knowledge across the following:

Active Directory 2019 R2 * Microsoft Windows 10 * Office 365 Administration * Exchange 2016 & Skype for Business 2019 * Microsoft System Centre Service Manager * Knowledge of basic networking concepts


Please note all applicants will need to hold Australian Citizenship in order to be shortlisted (PR not accepted)
 

This contract will initially be offered until June 2020 with a view to extend thereafter
