Client Success Manager
Our client is a software company providing a niche Human Resources product to Global & National customers.  Located on the lower North Shore (parking provided), this is a fabulous opportunity to join a small and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment which offers great job satisfaction. 
  
This unique, newly created position entails developing relationships with existing clients who are using the platform (no selling) with the ultimate goal focusing on achieving 100% client satisfaction.  The role involves working with clients post implementation to ensure they are consistently using the system to its maximum potential therefore contributing to client retention and long term customer loyalty. 

The position is client-facing so to be successful you will be someone who thrives working face-to-face with customers and has a genuine passion for providing top level client service.
  
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced HR professional (e.g. Consultant, Generalist, Talent Development) who is enthusiastic about pursuing a new career path. You will have a professional approach & positive attitude to your work, excellent written & verbal communication skills, be a good listener, problem solver and highly organised with top attention to detail.
  
A salary guide is up to $90,000 + Superannuation (dependent on experience).  Hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm working from offices based on the North Shore and with the majority of client visits being in the Sydney CBD (all travel expenses will be covered in addition to base salary).
