What we are looking for:

Are you a passionate and caring Registered Nurse who loves to lead a clinical care team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

A vacancy has recently opened up for two Registered Nurses to join our night shift team, to job share across 10 shifts per fortnight. 

You will be responsible as the In-Charge of the Harmony Village facility between 10:00pm and 7:15am to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and deliver care for residents as well as overseeing a team of Personal Care Assistants, to ensure safe and effective evidence based care. You will be required to work a combination of weekdays and weekends on a two week rotating roster.

What you will bring:

  • your passion for and experience in leading a team and supervising clinical support staff
  • you will understand the New Aged Care Standards and be willing to embrace and champion them
  • you will have previous experience in change management and innovation, with an ability to embrace your position as a change leader
  • your experience as an astute practitioner able to demonstrate a high competency as an Registered Nurse
  • your practical understanding of ACFI
  • you will hold a current Australia Professional Health Regulatory Authority (APHRA) registration
