ActewAGL in association with Green Home Green Planet has launched a commercial lighting energy efficiency program to help local businesses reduce their energy costs and carbon emissions. The program is in response to the ACT Government's introduction of the Energy Efficiency Improvement Scheme which sets out energy-saving obligations for ACT energy retailers from 2013-2020.

The Energy Efficiency Team is made up of Assessors who visit local businesses to confirm their eligibility and organise installations, and our electricians who install the energy-efficient products. These products include LED Tubes, Shop Lights, High-bays, Flood Lights, Sports Lights, MR16s and GU10s.

The vast majority of installations will be completed during the businesses operating hours, thus we are seeking motivated, customer-orientated electricians who are able to work in a fast pasted commercial environment.
