The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Strategy, instrumental in assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of a strategic planning framework, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for the strategic planning framework, supporting the business;
  • Interpret the business results and performance;
  • KPI development and reporting;
  • Communication of results and strategy to key stakeholders
  • Develop the commercial and operational assessment of M&A opportunities;
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and insights into relative performance;
  • Provide solutions to the group's strategic and operational planning decision making;
  • Build financial models to assist in business performance.

Skills and Experience:
As the preferred candidate you will hold either a CA/CPA qualification with at least 2+ years post qualification in a similar role, the ideal background would be with one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Transaction Services and then a move into Corporate (Commercial environment).  You will possess strong interpersonal skills, business partnering and stakeholder management skills, strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to challenge insights based on data.  This is an excellent opportunity to forge a career and broaden your commercial experience.
