Here is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Product Manager in Dental Products and devices to apply your skills in developing marketing strategy and plans and establishing relationships with key customers and KOLs.

The Product Manager's primary responsibility is to enable the sales team to sell products with the required level of knowledge, marketing material and tools so the business can grow profitability and in line with the marketing strategy. The product manager will also be responsible for managing key suppliers and ensuring that their inventory is maintained. The ability to work collaboratively with both the Clinical Educator and the sales team is essential. You will also be responsible for:

• Developing, maintaining the marketing plan with the purpose of sharing key activities and market insights with the team.
• Maintain strategic marketing calendar supporting key activities.
• Set and maintain the marketing objectives for growth of products and markets.
• Develop and arm customer facing teams with relevant tools and collateral for achieving growth targets.
• Submit monthly report of key indicators for monitoring progress to targets.
• Identify product gaps, changes in market trends or technology for potential new product /supplier.
• Maintain a proactive relationship with key suppliers.
• Maintenance of products in the ERP including but not limited to adding / deleting products, specifying requirements of batch tracked or product lines with expiry dates and ensuring compliance to all local regulations.
• Provide advice / structure for addressing technical support, regulatory aspects of products.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Background in Dental Healthcare is essential ideally couples marketing experience/qualifications.
• University degree in marketing, nursing, business science or related field essential.
• A strong understanding of marketing concepts with an emphasis on effectively managing and implementing brand strategy and the marketing mix.
• Prior experience executing successful marketing plans within a commercial environment is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers and suppliers and pass on required knowledge, gaining their confidence and co-operation.
• An initiative taker who has the ability to work autonomously, and has an enthusiastic, energetic and positive attitude.
• A team player who is skilled in influencing and driving action through others.
