ARA Fire is an Australian owned company providing the complete range of fire protection services throughout Australia.  ARA Fire is seeking an experienced administration assistant to join the dynamic team in the Kings Park (near Blacktown) office. This is a full time role. 

The general outline of this position is to utilize and maintain our facilities management software by;

  • Providing quotations to customers
  • Maintaining our database
  • Effectively communicating with clients
  • Scheduling of service tasks
  • Invoicing and general assistance
  • Provide admin support to the account managers

The ideal candidate will;

  • Be prepared to adapt to our dynamic team
  • Have a high degree of competence in MS Word and Excel
  • Be able to adapt to our facilities management system
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills throughout
  • Be self-motivated
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Be extremely well organised
  • Work well in a small team environment
  • Be able to work with little supervision

A knowledge of the fire protection service industry would be beneficial though not necessary.  We are prepared to train on the job.  Experienced in any office based customer service role will be considered

You must be able to prove eligibility to work full time in Australia
