Our client is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specialising in providing high quality IT solutions and currently has an opportunity available for a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer at their office at Town Hall.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with approximately 5 years experience across service desk/helpdesk, implementing projects, networking and virtualisation in a managed services environment.  Technically, you will be working across many of the below areas:

  • Windows Server
  • SQL and Exchange
  • Cisco routing and switching
  • VMware/Veeam
  • Cloud Migrations
  • Storage solutions
  • Office365, AWS and Azure

About You
To be a successful candidate, you will possess the following characteristics:

  • Previous MSP and Level 2 experience
  • Excellent customer facing communication skills & proud of your own initiative
  • Ability to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation and attitude.
  • The ability to learn on the fly with unfamiliar technologies.
