Calling all WHV and Graduates - Multiple Customer Services Roles

We have an excellent opportunity for Customer Service Orientated Students (with full working rights) or Backpackers to join a large IT Program within one of our Government Sectors. 

We are looking for people who are immediately available and can work full-time for 1-3 weeks in Sydney  from Monday to Friday.

These roles will go from Monday 2/12/2019 until Friday 7/12/2019 with a possible extension. 

The locations will vary between:-

  • Sydney CBD
  • Chippendale
  • Paramatta
  • Rozelle
  • Milson Point

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Providing Customer Support to employees and logging tickets for any technical issues (training will be provided)
  • Assisting with training on an IT Roll out to ensure that the Team are supported
  • You must be able to use mobile devices to an intermediate level including WhatsApp and Trello applications.
Skills and Experience:
  • You must be well presented with a proactive attitude
  •  Friendly nature and willing to go the extra mile when required
  • Ability to work to timelines and be part of a Team environment
  Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in a Customer Service Role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience in basic IT and Windows would be preferable

Interviews are taking place on Wednesday 12/11/2019 and 13/11/2019.
