Your Opportunity

Youth on Track is an early intervention program for 10-17 year olds who are at-risk of long-term involvement in the justice system.

Youth on Track supports young people (and their families) through case management and evidence-informed interventions to reduce their criminogenic risks and address their needs.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead a team of direct reports with a complex service delivery
  • Coordinate priorities within the team to deliver quality programs
  • Ensure policies and processes are followed to stay compliant
  • Support the program by identifying areas of risk and work to resolve them
  • Develop collaborative relationships with clients and all stakeholders
  • Meet all program targets, compliance and Key Performance Indicators

Requirements for Success

  • Extensive management experience in community services (In Youth is preferable)
  • Relevant degree with experience or associate diploma with substantial experience
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting and reviewing case management
  • Previous experience in budget and financial management
  • Valid NSW drivers licence

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
