About the Client:
My client is one of the top 10 Best Performing Superannuation funds with $30 billion under fund management.
They have created a brand new Product Manager role to support the Head of Product as they look to implement new product initiatives, optimize and enhance the lifecycle management of existing suite of superannuation, retirement and platform based products and services that will support member retention and growth.
About You:
- You will need a strong knowledge of the financial services product management, ideally in the superannuation sector. A minimum of 3 years in a product management function is essential in SUPERANNUATION /INSURANCE.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Commerce , Legal or related discipline.
- Experience in analytics, financial modelling, performance reporting, product and service design, development and implementation.
- An awareness of legislation, risk and compliance related to the superannuation sector.
- Proven management experience and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to very tight deadlines.
- There are multiple product initiatives currently underway in this matrixed organisation which will allow you to demonstrate your strong stakeholder management ability and be able to work effectively across the entire organisation.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
