OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Currently based in Silverwater but moving to bigger premises in Huntingwood in early 2020, Bovara is literally a business on the move

From the get go, your duties will encompass:

  • Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries.
  • Placing purchase orders and supplier follow up
  • Invoicing, stock management and data entry
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Customer communication and basic marketing
  • General Office Admin duties

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We imagine that you will most likely have most, if not all, of the following in play. You will be perfect for us if you:

  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are capable of exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise/multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Are able to work independently and follow systems and procedures
  • Are experienced in Windows Office Suite
  • Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
