Head of FP&A, Endeavour Drinks

About the role
As the Head of Group FP&A - Endeavour Drinks you will be responsible for establishing, implementing and executing the internal planning and reporting framework for Endeavour Drinks, and providing business and decision support to the leadership team.This role will see you
 

  • Understand and analyse key supply chain drivers to develop commercial insights that will enable the business to deliver better performance and have the right conversations
  • Develop integrated KPIs and metrics and supporting dashboards
  • Coordinate / build inputs (key business drivers) from multiple areas
  • Engage with Woolworths Group functions to understand existing capabilities within the group and identify opportunities to leverage approaches and learnings
  • Perform relevant commercial modelling and analysis, for example ‘as-is’ performance measurement, driver identification and analysis, scenario modelling, ROI assessment
  • Share outputs with key stakeholders to support decision making processes ensuring implications are properly understood across EDG group

 
About you

  • 10 years + experience, including extensive commercial and operations finance, commercial and process improvement experience
  • Qualified accountant (CA/CPA)
  • Prior experience working in large and complex, multi-stakeholder environments, preferably a group environment which required setting an agenda and having other teams execute on that agenda
  • Strong experience in developing, implementing and executing an internal reporting framework in a complex group of trading businesses
  • Demonstrated experience in running a Group FP&A function
  • Experience in developing and communicating plans for complex projects (e.g., annual operating plan) that involve a significant number of parties
  • Experience in partnering with the senior leadership team on development of strategic initiatives
  • Proven ability in being able to develop high performing teams that work constructively and collaborate well with business partners
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with key business partners
