Our events portfolio includes the largest event for Amazon sellers in the southern hemisphere, the Reliable Education Online Seller Summit, a three-day Reliable Education Student only event with speaker sessions, panels, networking and entertainment.  We also produce a number of workshops and seminars throughout the calendar year. We stage events with soul and integrity.




As the successful Event Assistant / Assistant Producer, you will report directly to the Event Director and be responsible for, but not limited to:


  • Developing event collateral briefs

  • Briefing and liaising with suppliers

  • Take ownership of organising logistics

  • Arrange travel plans 

  • Develop run orders

  • Develop communication collateral and flyers

  • Database and inventory list management

  • Budget coordination: sourcing of quotes, tracking expenses and invoices

  • Speaker coordination – travel arrangements, invoices, AV requirements

  • Support the Sponsor and Exhibition Sales Manager  - oversee delivery of contracted benefits 

  • Source and provide content to the IT/Marketing team for various digital collateral

  • Supporting the Volunteer Manager during the event as and when needed

  • Research merchandise for sale and processes (at event site) and event bag inclusions

  • Overall administrative tasks

Experience across the following areas will be considered favourably:

  • Venue sourcing and negotiation

  • Negotiating catering requirements

  • Show flow development

  • Creative concept development





Our vision for the Summit is to bring together the student community at one large, world-class event. To evoke positive emotions, celebration, networking and create new connections.  The Summit will provide new education and compelling Amazon and online sellers content.

Your role to support the delivery of this vision and a phenomenal event for up to 3000 people, is to execute the role with world-class organisational skills, while passionately delivering any project with attention to detail and the foresight that addresses any event eventuality - all with a smile!





To be successful in the role, your key skills and experience will include: 

  • A passion for events and a positive attitude

  • A personal growth mindset

  • Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks accordingly

  • Have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in an ever-changing environment

  • The ability to liaise with contractors, AV teams, organise requirements and understand the complexities of event production

  • High level administrative, organisational and communication skills with an eye for detail and ability to follow through on delegated tasks

  • Experience in using Slack, Asana and G suite would be an advantage
