Finance Manager

This role will be responsible for business partnering, performance appraisal, controls and credit of the ANZ division. This stand alone role will give you great exposure across the whole ANZ function and a great succession plan given the growth focus for the region.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Business partnering with the commercial team and provide strategic support and insights.
  • Provide budgeting, forecasting and business review to APAC and the GM of ANZ.
  • Close monitoring of bottom line.
  • Provide strategic advice to exceed goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure accounting is in line with according standards.
  • Prepare statutory reports and liaise with external auditors.
  • Manage the accounts receivables portfolio, ensuring timely payment of receivables and resolve customer issues.
  • Review the credit risk of new and existing customers.
  • Ensure credit activities are in line with the Regional Credit Control Policy.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting.
  • 5-8 years of experience from a matrix organisation.
  • Relevant experience of budgeting and business review.
