Part - time Administrator

  • To start ASAP - $30 per hour

  • 12 month maternity cover - may extend
Smaart recruitment are working with Australia's leading garden and landscape company who provide the best range of quality homegrown plants, plus a huge range of gardening accessories, landscape supplies, homewares and furniture.

They are looking for an Administrator to start ASAP to cover maternity over the next 12 months. This will be a part-time role supporting the CFO & CEO. The current Administrator is still in post, so will be available to do a full handover. 

Your role; 
- Deal with all email correspondence & act as gate keeper to incoming calls
- Book meetings and meeting rooms, ensure all everything is set up prior
- Book travel and accommodation 
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Book other appointments where necessary

What to expect; 
- 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. 
- Working hours 9-5pm (may need to stay back for meetings as and when required) 
- Hourly rate of $30 per hour + super, paid weekly

About you; 
- You will have previous experience working in administration, ideally supporting an individual or small team 
- You will have good IT experience including MS Word, Outlook & Excel
- You will be immediately available to start and will be able to commit to the full 12 months.
- You will be outgoing and confident in your ability, with high attention to detail
