Executive Assistant to Managing Director

  • 1:1 EA role, all encompassing business and private support

Boutique property investment and advisory firm, based in the heart of the CBD, are looking for the expertise of a passionate and professional EA to join their team.

This role supports a charismatic MD who travels extensively, you will be their right hand, supporting them with business and personal matters, anticipating their movements and making their lives easier.

The business is one you will want to work for, they collaborate, get along really well and have exceptional tenure with their employee group. They actively encourage career development and learning. Based in beautiful offices, this is one of those EA roles that only comes up on occasion! 

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Management of email, diary and business contacts
  • Coordination of business and personal travel
  • Business expense management
  • Co-ordination of personal family activities such as household, lifestyle assets and travel
  • Co-ordinate meetings, prepare information and minute meetings
  • Manage HR administration
  • Seek opportunities to support to the wider team
To be considered, you will have:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional and ‘down to earth’ approach
  • Energy and enthusiasm and a sense of humour
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Well-developed initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
