Assistant Property Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This role would ideally suit a highly driven and motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

This full-time role offers the right candidate the opportunity to be a part of a highly professional and experienced team, and the chance to capitalise on our growth and progress their own career.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with a large portfolio of managements to a Senior PM and Leasing Consultant
  • Collating the advertising and marketing material
  • Managing and assisting with maintenance requests
  • Preparation of paperwork including leasing documentation
  • Liaising with property owners, tenants and tradesmen
  • Conducting onsite property inspections
  • Following up tenant references and processing applications

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships including excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Professional approach and honest, good work ethic
  • Efficiency and experience in administration-based tasks
  • Thorough understanding of the property management industry and the willingness to learn more
  • Drive, enthusiasm and passion to progress the role with the growth of the company
  • Current Queensland Certificate of Registration
  • Current drivers licence
  • Proficiency across industry software including Property Tree, IRE, maintenance Manager and Realworks
  • Great attention to detail and a very proactive attitude
