Our client is a leading provider of maintenance services to commercial office and building facilities nationwide.  With over 10,000 sites across Australia this is a fabulous opportunity to join a fun, friendly and hard-working team located on the North Shore.

This is a varied role, initially providing administration assistance to the Compliance Team with documentation processing with the view of moving into a Service Coordinator position managing their central inbox and coordinating trade contractors for incoming jobs.   This will involve liaising with clients & contractors by phone & email, updating the database on job procession, allocating technicians, preparing documents and general admin tasks.

To be successful for this role you will need excellent communication and written skills, be proactive and have a team-orientated approach to work.  Proficiency using MS Word & Excel is essential.  Previous 1-2 years office experience would be desirable however will consider candidates who are keen to kick start their office career.

The salary guide is $50,000 to $55,000 + Superannuation.  Full training will be provided.
