Diverse Financial Services group requires an experienced Investment Client Services Representative, with high-volume phone-based work experience and strong administration skills.

This is a very fast paced role which requires a proven self-managing multi-tasker, who has experience in a high-volume role.

Have you been working in superannuation? Financial services? Investments? This kind of exposure will help you in hitting the ground running in this role.

Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Representative to join our Wealth team located at our Melbourne head office. Reporting to the team leader, you will become part of a small close-knit team, performing your role will consist of receiving daily inbound calls and making some outbound calls when required, completion of daily administration and operational tasks. You will also be proactive in managing the customer register and turnaround times. While working within a high performing team to achieve excellence in service delivery.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in working in a strong team environment
  • Comfortable working within a KPI environment
  • Advising customers on products available efficiently
  • Project based work
  • Assist in process improvement
  • Confident working within a fast paced and changing environment
  • Comfortable liaising with a number of stakeholders within the business
  • Experience in Financial Services Industry preferred
