The Opportunity

Our positions will be based in a fast paced environment with a dedicated and hardworking team. The successful applicant will need to be very punctual, reliable, and prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ to provide great customer service as the face and voice of the company.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing account management & customer service
  • High volume calls
  • Liaising with freight companies and warehouse staff
  • Processing of orders
  • Dispatching and following up on deliveries
  • POD’s
  • Attending to customer enquiries
  • Data entry - alpha-numeric
  • Creating manifests
  • Consignment entry
  • Office All-rounder
  • Liaising with warehouse staff
  • Processing and tracking of orders
  • Filing, scanning & copying

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Manifesting experience
  • Experience within the transport and logistics industry
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi task & work under pressure
  • Reliability and commitment to the organisation
  • The ability to be organised and a great communicator
  • A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
  • The ability to work within a team environment
  • Computer savvy

You will have a forward thinking approach to customer service and will have a drive to work in a busy, fast-paced and challenging environment. As the face and voice of the company, you will be well presented with an outgoing yet professional & confident demeanour.
