About the role:

You will be responsible for the day to day customer engagements whether they be in person, over the phone or by email. You will be directly supporting several Sydney based CompNow BDM's, as well as assisting general accounts.

Your daily activities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Producing quotes as requested by the sales team and customers 
  • Generating regular sales reports for the BDMs
  • Following up orders and managing customer relationships and expectations
  • Creating and managing stock codes
  • Engaging & developing relationships with our Suppliers and Vendors to ensure that our sales process is efficient
  • Returning customer calls and emails within agreed time frames
  • Working closely with our Project Management team to ensure services are delivered with excellent customer satisfaction
  • Approval point for customer returns, and assisting Operations team with expediting orders
  • Engaging with Enterprise clients including Universities

What you bring to us:

  • Energy and enthusiasm!
  • Ideally you have previous experience in a similar role where you understand and have delivered amazing customer service.
  • Your attention to detail is first class, and your ability to produce work in a timely manner in a busy environment is one of your key skills.
  • A good sense of humour would be a bonus.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a large team of professionals, demonstrating initiative and a can-do style!
  • A level of interest in Technology products would certainly be advantageous too.

To be eligible... 

You must be an Australian resident. As we work closely with schools and government departments, CompNow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current police check as well as a new or updated state based Working With Children Check. Additional qualification checks may also be required dependent on role.
