Full training is provided in the specifics of the role however the primary function of the position is to assist clients (legal firms) with basic software issues. You will liaise with clients over the phone, remote desktop connection and email to troubleshoot day-to-day user difficulties, escalating the calls where necessary.

The ideal candidate will be a top communicator with previous experience in the legal sector and an interest in learning new technologies. You will be a true team player with a helpful and friendly disposition who loves problem solving and helping customers.
